Camp Wilderness is all about getting back-to-basics on a good old fashioned summer camp adventure… whether you’re hoping to re-wild your kids, or get the whole family back outdoors there’s a wilderness escape for everyone at Camp Wilderness.
Once upon a time, nestled deep within the enchanting wilderness, there stood a camp like no other – Camp Wilderness. It was a place where young adventurers embarked on thrilling journeys, immersing themselves in the wonders of nature and honing their bushcraft skills.
Camp Wilderness is a rite of passage, where children transform into young adventurers, ready to face any challenge that comes their way. It is a place where they discover their true potential, nurture their love for nature, and embrace the spirit of exploration.
At Camp Wilderness we take pride in delivering kids holiday camps that offer a break from the plugged-in world and re-wild them in the wilderness. We have designed 8 different holiday camp types for children of all abilities – and families too! Our camps range from traditional camping in bell tents to wooden eco pods in the woodland all the way to brick and mortar accommodation in the heart of natural wonders.
A child can join any of our summer camps that they are age-eligible for but also have the option to progress through different camps while building on previous skills and taking their adventure to the next levels.

About: Our 3 Day residential summer camps are a great way for children to experience an overnight camp without being away from home for too long.

About: This is our multi-activity summer camp for campers who fancy something with a bit more adrenaline whilst being immersed in natural ancient woodland.

About: Our Mountain Adventure holiday camps are a true escape to Wales, giving children the chance to immerse themselves in the stunning Snowdonia National Park.

Locations: Pembrokeshire
About: Only 30 minutes away from some of the best beaches in the UK, the Coastal Expert summer camp will make the most of the scenery.

About: Camping in our safari-style bell tents on our family summer camps, you will get to experience a taster of the ‘bushcraft’ lifestyle.

About: Our three-day family summer camp will take your wilderness experience to the next level.
At the end of each camp at Camp Wilderness, campers are awarded a coveted badge as a symbol of their accomplishment and completion of the course. These badges are celebration of their achievement for completing the camp and recognises the skills they have now leaned and the experiences they have gained.
As a camper you can collect the badges by completing all of the courses. Wear these with pride when you return the following year for your next adventure!

My daughter has been to camp 2 years running and each time has marched out to the forest with the biggest grin on her face and so many exciting tales to tell.
My son absolutely loved the experience and had nothing bad to say whatsoever! He is raving about it to anyone who will listen and will definitely be back next year.
For 3 days we completely took ourselves off grid into the wilderness. It was unreservedly the best thing we’ve done. We walked, talked, learnt new skills, met new friends and escaped the social pressures of the world we live in.
