

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We will be more than happy to accept any unworn item(s) if returned to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept washed or worn garments or other used merchandise. All items must have original packaging. We are only able to exchange like for like due to differences in price e.g., kids’ t-shirts for kids’ t-shirts. Otherwise, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and should usually appear in your account within 3 working days of a refund being issued.
The return address is set by default to our fulfilment facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Camp Wilderness. Items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.
We recommend that you return goods signed for as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Please check orders on receipt as any missing or faulty items must be notified to Camp Wilderness immediately. Mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
