Camp Wilderness prides itself on offering wild and adventurous experiences for children that will help develop their self-confidence, independence, teamwork skills, and creativity.
Our summer camps are set in stunning locations across the UK and provide the perfect opportunity for children to disconnect from screens and technology and immerse themselves in nature. Children will learn how to build shelters, start fires, forage for food, and navigate using a map and compass. Through a range of exciting activities, our summer camps encourage children to explore their own capabilities and develop a deep respect for the outdoors.
The Little Welly Festival in Henley-on-Thames on June 10th and 11th is the perfect platform to showcase some of the skills and activities that children can expect to experience at Camp Wilderness. Children will be encouraged to get stuck in and have a go at making bracelets, try their hand at pottery, and sing along to campfire songs. These activities are a great way for children to let their hair down and enjoy the festival atmosphere.
